Small Group Facilitator

Role Description
As a Small Group Facilitator, you will lead group sessions implementing NeuroRecursion protocols. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to create safe and inclusive spaces, and a deep understanding of our methodology. You will facilitate discussions, manage group dynamics, and support participants in their neurodivergent journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate small group sessions online or in-person following NeuroRecursion protocols.
- Create supportive and inclusive environments for neurodivergent participants.
- Monitor group dynamics and ensure all participants feel heard and valued.
- Provide feedback and support for habit reversal and neuroplasticity work.
- Maintain detailed notes on group progress and participant outcomes.
Qualifications
- Certification or training in NeuroRecursion methodology (or willingness to be trained).
- Strong facilitation and group leadership skills.
- Experience working with neurodivergent populations (preferred).
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with video conferencing software and Google Workspace tools.
- Fluency in English; multilingual capabilities are valued.
