Growth & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a part-time, 100% remote role focused exclusively on participant recruitment and brand awareness. You will manage the digital funnel that drives enrollment into our clinical trials.

Role Description

The Growth & Affiliate Marketing Specialist will leverage digital marketing and social media expertise to promote NRI's clinical trials. This role is responsible for driving trial enrollment and expanding the institute's reach through strategic outreach. You will utilize affiliate links to ensure your recruitment reach is compensated. As a brand ambassador, you will be a key voice in communicating the mission of NeuroRecursion.com to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote NRI clinical trials using social media marketing and digital outreach strategies.
• Implement and manage affiliate link tracking to monitor and compensate recruitment reach.
• Act as a brand ambassador, including a willingness to be recorded for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Identify and engage with communities and individuals who can benefit from NRI protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Neuroscience, Coaching, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven skill with social media platforms for audience outreach and participant recruitment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and video conferencing software.
• Experience with affiliate marketing or performance-based digital growth.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort being the "face" of a brand in recorded content.
• Fluency in English; multi-lingual capabilities are highly valued to help us reach diverse global populations.
