Qualified to be a long-term coach supporting individuals through their NeuroRecursion journey. This role involves ongoing, personalized guidance and accountability to help clients achieve sustained neuroplasticity and symptom reduction.

Through translational neuroscience and non-invasive neuromodulation, NRI develops protocols that target pathological signaling and interrupt recursive neurological cycles, significantly improving quality of life for individuals with neurodivergent conditions.

Role Description

As a NeuroRecursion Coach, you will work with clients one-on-one to provide long-term support in implementing NeuroRecursion protocols. This role combines coaching expertise with an understanding of neurodivergent conditions, neuroplasticity, and behavioral change. You will help clients maintain motivation, navigate challenges, and celebrate progress over extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with clients.
• Develop personalized coaching plans aligned with NeuroRecursion methodology.
• Provide accountability, motivation, and support for sustained behavior change.
• Monitor progress and adjust coaching approaches based on client feedback.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Contribute feedback to inform protocol refinement and improvement.

Qualifications

• Professional coaching certification or equivalent experience (ICF accreditation preferred).
• Training or certification in NeuroRecursion methodology (or willingness to be trained).
• Understanding of neurodivergent conditions and neuroplasticity principles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with long-term client engagement experience.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and scheduling tools.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are valued.
